At Bold Barbell, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner. This means each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping time
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within:

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs or carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Return & Exchange Policy

Because all Bold Barbell products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
